Om rollen

Som Restaurant Manager, Dag i Restaurant Smith er du ansvarlig for at skabe den oplevelse, der sætter tonen for hele gæstens dag.

Du leder dagdriften med fokus på morgenmad og frokost og sikrer, at alt spiller, service, flow, kvalitet og stemning.

Fra rolige morgener med nærvær og kvalitet til travle frokostservices med tempo og præcision, du balancerer det hele med overskud og overblik.

Du får ansvaret for teamet, kulturen og den daglige drift, og du er med til at definere, hvordan Rox Resort føles fra første kaffe i Restaurant Smith til sidste frokostservering.

Dine ansvarsområder:

• Lede, motivere og udvikle et stærkt team i Restaurant Smith (dagdrift)

• Sikre en gennemført og elevated morgenmadsoplevelse

• Drive frokostservice for både konference- og leisure-gæster

• Skabe struktur, flow og høj kvalitet i en drift med skiftende tempo

• Drive omsætning gennem planlægning, mersalg og kommercielt overblik

• Sikre tæt samarbejde med køkken og øvrige afdelinger

• Planlægge bemanding, vagtplaner og sikre effektiv ressourceudnyttelse

• Være synlig, nærværende og hands-on i service

Hvem er du?

Du er en stærk leder med naturlig gennemslagskraft og passion for hospitality.

Du trives i en rolle, hvor du både skaber ro, kvalitet og tempo, ofte på samme dag og du forstår, hvordan de første timer sætter standarden for hele oplevelsen.

• Du har erfaring fra restaurantdrift, gerne med morgenmad og frokost

• Du er struktureret og stærk i planlægning og eksekvering

• Du leder med energi, tydelighed og høj emotionel intelligens

• Du forstår både gæsteoplevelse og forretning

• Du har sans for detaljen fra præsentation til serviceflow

• Du bygger kultur og stærke teams

Restaurant Smith is the heart of the resort. It’s where the day begins, where the tone is set, and where the guest experience truly takes shape.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager for daytime operations who will take ownership of breakfast and lunch in Restaurant Smith – from an elevated breakfast experience to a sharp and flavorful lunch service for both conference and leisure guests.

About the role

As Restaurant Manager, Day at Restaurant Smith, you are responsible for creating the experience that sets the tone for the entire guest journey.

You lead the daytime operation with a focus on breakfast and lunch, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly – service, flow, quality, and atmosphere.

From calm mornings with presence and quality to busy lunch services with pace and precision, you balance it all with overview and control.

You will be responsible for the team, the culture, and the daily operation, and you will help define how Rox Resort feels – from the first coffee in Restaurant Smith to the final lunch service.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a strong team in Restaurant Smith (daytime operations)
• Ensure a consistent and elevated breakfast experience
• Run lunch service for both conference and leisure guests
• Create structure, flow, and high quality in a fast-changing operation
• Drive revenue through planning, upselling, and commercial awareness
• Ensure close collaboration with the kitchen and other departments
• Plan staffing, schedules, and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Be visible, present, and hands-on in service

Who are you?

You are a strong leader with natural presence and a passion for hospitality.

You thrive in a role where you create calm, quality, and pace – often on the same day – and you understand how the first hours of the day set the standard for the entire experience.

• You have experience from restaurant operations, preferably including breakfast and lunch service
• You are structured and strong in planning and execution
• You lead with energy, clarity, and high emotional intelligence
• You understand both guest experience and business performance
• You have an eye for detail – from presentation to service flow
• You build culture and strong teams
