Rox Resort opened at Køge Marina on November 1st 2025. A place where gastronomy, hospitality, and culture come together in one ambitious universe. We are now looking for experienced waiters for our signature restaurant, Smith.

About the role

In this role, you will be a permanent part of the core service team, and your experience makes you a natural anchor for both guests and colleagues. You actively contribute to the service flow, take ownership of the host role, and play an important part in ensuring structure, calm, and a positive atmosphere, even when the pace is high. You take part in preparation, service, and closing.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure a high level of professional and personal service throughout the entire service experience

• Actively participate in mise en place and restaurant preparation

• Contribute to structure and flow on the floor together with the rest of the team

• Create a safe, positive, and professional atmosphere for guests and colleagues

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 1.5-2 years of experience from a restaurant or hotel with a high level of service and energy

• Has knowledge of and interest in wine and spirits

• Can communicate with larger groups and keep an overview

• Is present in the moment and passionate about the profession

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with people and responsibility

• Is skilled at reading guests and understanding their needs

• Is motivated to contribute to the training and development of the team by both providing and receiving feedback

The position can be full-time or part-time with flexible working hours, including events, weekends, and peak seasons. Start date is as soon as possible. We operate under the 3F/Dansk Erhverv collective agreement.
